Scruffy's Story...
Scruffy is a JRT/Chihuahua X who was born on 6/14/2013. He's a fun loving puppy. He loves to play and his favorite thing to do is cuddle. He's not a fan of squeaky toys, he prefers his toys to be soft & cuddly. He loves to take socks, so if you have socks on the floor beware because Scruffy will find them! He loves children and is great with other animals. He's a good eater and prefers not to share his food with other animals. He doesn't mind people bothering him when he eats, tho. He sometimes like baths - it all depends on the mood he's in at that moment! He's house trained and will whine if he needs to go to the bathroom. He is a puppy tho, so as soon as you finish playing with him take him right outside because the excitement of playing might cause him to have a accident. He's a great little guy and will be a joy to have in your family...He is truly a people dog. For more info or to meet Scruffy, call Abby at 602-348-5599. She'll be glad to set up a meeting!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Scruffy, a Glendale Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua for sale in Glendale, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Glendale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glendale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glendale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glendale paves the way for another one to be saved.
