Oreo's Story...
Sweet little treat with all the love you can eat? That’s right! It’s me! Oreo! Covet me like the sweet delectables hidden in the top cupboard! That’s right! I know your secrets human! I know a lot of things. Like; how to play nicely with other dogs (although I'm not keen on sharing my food bowl with them) , how to get along with kitty cats, how to keep my crate clean. Oh! And I know how to be gentle around gentle children. I am so cute and sweet and sensitive you might just want to eat me up! But please refrain, I want to keep your heart full forever! If you have a sweet tooth for a little extra love in your life then I am the dog for you! A little extra goodness without the added calories? Sounds like a win-win!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Oreo, a Portland Beagle/English Springer Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/English Springer Spaniel for sale in Portland, or seeking a Beagle/English Springer Spaniel dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/English Springer Spaniel breeders who help with Beagle/English Springer Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
