NANETTE's Story...

Meet Nanette. She is a perfect little puppy who is so deserving of a home of her own. Nanette was found in Tijuana - in a cardboard box with a boiled potato in it. She was rescued by a good samaritan and made her way to Los Angeles where she is being loved and spoiled in her foster home.

Nanette is a 2 month old puppy who is a perfect mix - of what breeds we are not quite sure. She may have some German Shepherd and Chihuahua in her. Other than that we just dont know. We think she will grow to be about 40 lbs at maturity. Nanette is well mannered, and playful and loves to be around other dogs. She will do best in a home with other pets.

She is up to date on shots and will be spayed when she is old enough. An adoption fee, homecheck and contract are required for Nanette.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

NANETTE, a Pasadena German Shepherd Dog/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Chihuahua for sale in Pasadena, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Pasadena.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pasadena already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pasadena breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Chihuahua breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pasadena paves the way for another one to be saved.
