My name is Luna meaning Moon. My siblings & I were found living beneath a tractor and had never met a human!! Animal control picked us up and I was super scared and hungry....BUT, within two weeks of leaving that terrible jail, I became a whole new kid! I played with other dogs and 'kids'! They are both so much fun! I'm still shy at times but all I really wanna do is snuggle next to you and feel loved. I love to run and I loooooove water! I even have my own pool at my foster home! I think my idea home would be with a more experienced owner since they also believe I have some Shiba Inu in me. Whatever that is.. they say I'm a stubborn breed? Whatever that means.. I'm trained to doggy pads but will go outside if taken. They would have other dogs for me to play with but also keep in mind, I was starved for a long time so I can be a little protective over my food. I like to eat my dinner solo.
I just want a warm couch to sleep on.. No more of that outside crap, Im a lap dog! Why can't they see this?!

I'm in Manchester TN but these awesome ladies said they will take me to Nashville or Knoxville in order to find the best place for me!!

Vet reference is required. $50 adoption fee

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luna, a Nashville Border Collie/Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Husky for sale in Nashville, or seeking a Border Collie/Husky dog from a breeder in Nashville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nashville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nashville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Husky breeders who help with Border Collie/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nashville paves the way for another one to be saved.
