No one told us about the cold steel bars that would encase us. We tried our best by climbing the bars, reaching out to get someone’s attention to free us from this cage. We were just so cute with our antics. Lucky for us someone did notice us and we were placed in a foster home. Our names our Miranda and Gordo. We are as cute as buttons. My name is Miranda and I am a beautiful medium haired tuxedo little girl. Sweet, sweet, sweet describes me. I have super long whiskers that will tickle when I snuggle with you. Gordo is my brother and he is just as handsome with his super tabby markings. We are very social and extremely playful. We’re just a pair of fun loving kittens that would love to find a family to love and cherish us for the rest of our lives. Do you have room in your heart for these 2 fantastic kitties?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Miranda and Gordon, a Richmond Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Richmond, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
