Brownie's Story...
Sweet Brownie was found tied to a telephone pole in the Atlanta area. Now she is looking for her FORever home. This precious girl is good with other dogs, cats and kids. She is about 7 years old and would love a family to call her own. She is easy to please - so an individual, a couple or a family would be great for Brownie. She is spayed, current on all vaccines, heartworm negative and current on heartworm/flea prevention. Brownie is about 45-50 lbs of pure love!!! Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brownie, a Marietta Chow Chow/Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chow Chow/Golden Retriever for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Chow Chow/Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chow Chow/Golden Retriever breeders who help with Chow Chow/Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
