Merlin's Story...
I'm Merlin. My sister Magic and I came into foster care at the beginning of August We're progressing very well and are looking forward to meeting potential adopters who will love us for who we are.

I happen to be the runt of the litter, but I'm the more mischievous of the two of us. I like a good joke as well as the next cat.

I'm a handsome black male kitty who is negative for FIV and FELV. I was born approximately mid May. My mom and 4 of us kittens had been giving the trappers a run for their money but they caught up with us and brought us into foster care where we're having a great time!!

I come with a neuter surgery certificate and have had age appropriate shots. I would love to be adopted with my sister as we're pretty tight with one another. Please adopt us.

Please note: All cats and kittens require an on-line adoption application be completed and sent BEFORE consideration for adoption can take place. On-line applications at www.billericacatcarecoalition.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Merlin, a N. Billerica Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in N. Billerica, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in N. Billerica.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in N. Billerica already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a N. Billerica breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in N. Billerica paves the way for another one to be saved.
