Godiva's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Godiva's Story...
Driving thru the country we saw these beautiful puppies, we stopped to talk with the family to see if they wanted help in finding them homes. He was so pleased that we stopped he "just didn't know what to do with them". We told him we would get the mother fixed so that this would not happen again, he asked us to take her too. He is getting too old to take care of her.

The mother is a pure chocolate lab and the father is a choc lab golden retreiver.

So here they are just about 5 months old, beautiful, sweet and very laied back. They love to play with the mans grand children. We are gertting them vetted and will be done before going to their forever homes.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Godiva, a Staunton Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever for sale in Staunton, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever puppy from a breeder in Staunton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Staunton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Staunton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Staunton paves the way for another one to be saved.
