Missy was left behind by her owners when they moved. Some kind folks took her in and got her vet care. Now they are helping Missy find a forever home.

As you can see by the picture, Missy is a BIG girl. This lovely standard has lost 2 lbs from her highest weight but she should lose more. She needs a home that loves her enough to monitor her food intake. She would also appreciate a home that gives her daily walks to help her trim those pounds.

Missy likes children age 8 and up and has no problem offering up her belly to strangers. Missy also likes other dogs. She is safe around cats (and a bunny!!), but likes to chase birds.

Missy enjoys the company of other dogs and would happily have a canine sibling.
Missy is crate trained. She is spayed and current on her vaccinations and she recently had her teeth cleaned.
