BLOSSOM's Story...
BLOSSOM is a very petite 3 year old white and brown tabby with a gorgeous Bengal spotted pattern on her back. After being accidentally trapped twice at a feral site, this friendly, cuddly sweetheart was rescued from OC shelter. We like to think she was smart enough to let herself get trapped on purpose so she could find her way to safety and into a permanent home. Going to a shelter is not exactly what she wanted, but the results are exactly what she needed!! Meet her at Petsmart Brea on Imperial Hwy. Adoption donation fee is $100 and includes all vet records, Home Again Microchip, coupons and free gifts. Call Judith 714-878-1371 for questions/appt. or pick up a Pet Adoption Application on the podium.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BLOSSOM, a Brea Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Brea, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Brea.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brea already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brea breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brea paves the way for another one to be saved.
