My name is Harrison!

Fudge and Harrison are 10 year old black mini dachshunds. Fudge and Harrison's elderly mom was taken from the home due to an abusive situation. They were left in the care of someone who treated them very badly. A wonderful women who was concerned for their safety contacted us and told us the situation. With her help they are now safe. Sadly these babies are now left homeless and are confused and scared. They have no idea why their whole world changed one morning. These sweeties are energetic, loving, great woth dogs and cats.
Harrison is an absolute sweetheart and a chunky little love bug. He is a beautiful little guy. With proper care that he is now getting he literally SHINES! on the outside and inside! He does have some remaining teeth, and he loves his food very much!! He does not miss a meal. He is very active, loves to explore the yard, loves to go for waks, but his favorite spot in next to you. He loves to run and play outside with the younger dogs, but always makes sure his sister is close by. He does have a heart murmur, so we are unable to put him under anasthesia for a dental as we hoped. Even with this he is quite healthy and has a great activity level. He has many great years for his family. He and his sister are just looking for a loving home to spend the rest of their days loved and cared for.
Fudge and Harrison's adoption fee: $100 for the pair or they qualify for our seniors to seniors program
We do not have a kennel or facility to visit, all dogs are kept in foster homes until their forever homes are found.
Adoption Process: Once an approved application is on file, we will then set up a home visit. At that time we will bring the dog to the home in which you will all be sharing. We ask the entire family to be there that day. If we all agree on the placement, then the dog will stay with you that day.
