One of my favorites for looks and anyone that has seen "Jesse" on Youtube knows how smart these little guys can be. Toto is a great little guy who wandered off with his buddy Tater, and ended up at the shelter. He doesn't seem to mind and is making the best of a new adventure. Very easy to handle, about 15 pounds and 1-2 years old, Toto is a lover. He gets along with other dogs and loves people. Neutered 7/16.
