Cooper's Story...
When you adopt a boy like Cooper, you are guaranteed fun! Cooper is 10 weeks old. He is a little shy sometimes, but warms up quickly. He loves his brother Turtle and is like his little shadow (they would love to find a forever home together. He is also a mama's boy. Cooper is sweet and gentle. He is also a little bit of a ladies man ;)

He really enjoys eating kitten food and when he doesn't get it fast enough, he'll let you know. He talks when he's in the litter box and sometimes when he plays. He is just too sweet and too cute! Cooper is medium to long haired baby.

If you can give Cooper the purrfect home, please visit appalachianspca.org and fill out an adoption application or email appalachiankitties@gmail.com for more information!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cooper, a Hagerstown Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Hagerstown, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Hagerstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hagerstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hagerstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hagerstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
