Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Poor little Bagby. His former owners didn’t want him anymore so they tied him up to a tree out on a hiking trail with a bag of dog food. He didn’t know what was going on and his heart broke as they sped off. Over a weekend, we got a call from a couple who found him lying on a hiking trail, collapsed from the exhaustion of trying to find his owners. The couple brought him home, but lived in an apartment that absolutely does not allow pets, so she reached out for our help. His foster family reports that he’s a mellow guy who really likes his walks. He was pretty weak when they first got him, but he’s much better now! He does have low thyroid and we are going to have him tested for Cushing’s, although he doesn’t have the classic symptoms. Such a sweet dog who was abandoned emotionally and physically now seeks a forever family to love him!
