Elwood's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Elwood's Story...
Elwood came in along with its siblings in 102 degree weather, when they were dumped in a box outside by a dumpster. They were lucky enough to be discovered and had it been a little later, they would not have made it. They were all hot and panting. I took him and his siblings in, and Elwood was adopted out a short while after he was well.

He was returned due to his owners moving. He is neutered, up to date on his vaccines, and tested and negative for felv/fiv.

HE WILL BE AT THE ANIMAL RESCUE FORCE ADOPTION BOOTH LOCATED IN THE PETCO ON RT 1 IN EDISON, THIS SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FROM 11-4. PLEASE STOP IN AND SAY HELLO. Please email Amy at rayofhoperescue@gmail.com for an application on this guy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Elwood, a East Brunswick Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in East Brunswick, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in East Brunswick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in East Brunswick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a East Brunswick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in East Brunswick paves the way for another one to be saved.
