My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

UPDATED BIO 01/01/2014: Cappy is a 10 year old, 6.5 lb cutie who is being fostered in Boynton Beach. Cappy has been in foster care for a year now – please consider adopting this sweet little boy.

Cappy appeared to have allergies to food, and is now on a Vitality brand food, which is a refrigerated food, and this appears to be much better for him. Foster Mom will be searching for another food that is not so pricey and will be easier for the new family to obtain and give to him.

Cappy continues to be very, very affectionate and needy for attention, so a home with at least one stay-at-home parent would be perfect for him. He loves his toys, but needs sturdy toys since he has figured out how to “kill” all his fluffy and latex toys. FM and FD said that Cappy still loves to play fetch, loves tummy rubs and kissing games. He is a very happy little boy who is a super social and active little guy. He wanted a home for the holidays, but that didn’t happen. :( Please consider adopting this little fella – you will be rewarded with lots of love and kisses.

UPDATED BIO 11/01/2013: Cappy is a 9 year old, 6.5 lb cutie who is being fostered in Boynton Beach.

Cappy continues to be very affectionate and is now learning to share lap time. He has learned to keep his nose in his own bowl at meal time. He has come a long way in learning that when he lives with other doggies, he has to use doggie manners. He loves to play fetch using a rubber ball with Foster Mom, car rides, doggie park visits, and visitors make him super happy. Cappy thinks that anyone who comes to his foster home is there just to visit with him. He is a stay-up-late and sleep-in-late little guy. Cappy is a super social. active little guy. All Cappy wants for Christmas is a forever home. Can you grant his wish?

UPDATED BIO 08/22/2013: Cappy is an 8 1/2 year old, 6.5 lb cutie who is being fostered in Boynton Beach.

Cappy continues to be very affectionate and is now learning to share lap time. He has learned to keep his nose in his own bowl at meal time. Cappy has also come a long way learning that when he lives with other doggies, he has to use doggie manners. He loves to play fetch with Foster Mom, chasing a rubber ball. Car rides, doggie park, and visitors make him super happy. Cappy continues to think that anyone who comes to his foster home is there just to visit with him. He is a stay-up-late and sleep-in-late little guy.

Cappy does have some food allergies, so he should go into a home where he only receives a certain food; FM also uses a special shampoo called Relief (can get from the vet) for any outbreaks if he gets into something he shouldn’t. Cappy would do great being an only dog, or if there is another passive dog in the home, he would be okay with that as well. PLEASE NOTE: Cappy cannot be placed in a home with small children since he might ingest stuff that would harm him.

Cappy is a super social and active little guy ~ still Looking for Love. Please consider adopting Cappy and give him a chance to bring supreme happiness to your home.
