Champ's Story...
Champ is a cute little 10 to 11 week old pit bull mix pup. He has quite a story at only 10 weeks of age! He was first purchased by an individual from Craigslist when he was only 4 weeks of age, he was then in a not so great enviroment and had received NO vet care! Thankfully he found his way into a caring home that was willing to help him along to finding an appropriate adoptive home but they asked for our help. Champ will now be getting the vet care he needs as well as help with finding an appropriate adoptive home that will give him the ongoing care, love and training he needs and deserves. Champ will be current on vaccines and neutered prior to adoption. If you are interested in adopting Champ please visit our site to complete the pre-screen adoption form:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Champ, a Hillsborough Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Hillsborough, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Hillsborough.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hillsborough already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hillsborough breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hillsborough paves the way for another one to be saved.
