A Special Rescue Cat
Anna had been making the rounds at a local apartment complex for about a year looking for food and water. We expect she lived in the complex but her family moved and put her out. She would wait until dark and then visit the apartments of 'cat friendly' people. Sometimes she would get food and other times wild or stray cats would get there before her and she would have to go hungry until the next night. Anna is a gentle kitty who had been struggling to survive. After living in a home, life on the street was difficult. Anna is currently in a Foster Home and is very happy to have good food, a warm bed and a good nights sleep. She remembers the good times living in a home and now plays and purrs all the time. She loves to have her long silkey fur brushed and she loves the furminator. Her favorite toy is her Food Ball. You see, she gain a bit too much weight after she was trapped and so now she is getting lots of exercise batting her ball around. She will keep going until she gets all of her food out. She loves the rewards but please don't tell her it is diet food! Anna is currently in a foster home and is ready to be adopted. She will be a bit shy at first but once she gets to know you she is all rubs and purrs. Call Betty at 757-508-5298 if you would like to meet her. She is a very special 'Rescue Kitty'.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.
