My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi New Friends, Molly
My name is Molly and, according to my foster Mom (‘cause I’m not one to brag), I’m a beautiful and adorable bichon. I’m about two years old, very quiet and gentle. Mom says I’m also a little on the shy side —yet I’m starting to become more confident each and every day.
Dad says I really enjoy being with my special people (currently it’s my foster family) and with other small dogs, especially ones that look like me. When they look like me I think ‘Hey Cousin! We can get to know one another — and that makes me feel me happy inside.”
MollyMy human sister wants you to know that I’m as smart as I am adorable – and work hard to please. She says I’m a great listener and a master bug catcher. Nothing escapes me on my daily walks! My family says I’m amazingly fast and cute when I’m ‘in pursuit.’ They call me Dora the Explorer. (Well, not really! I’m Molly the Master Bug Catcher!)
When I first became a FurKid I was so very grateful! You see, I had been left outside to fend for myself, with little human contact and being exposed to the elements. In my foster home, with my foster sister and the family to guide me, I’ve started to become the happy and secure little bichon I was born to be. Despite having been abandoned, I’ve learned to trust! I’ve learned the joys of belly rubs and walks — and am happy to be with “my people”, wherever they are and whatever they are doing.
Mom says to tell you that I’m also crate trained, ‘just about’ housebroken and learning about toys and balls, walks, rides and all the things that little bichons need to know. To continue my ‘education’ I’m looking for a loving companion who likes to go for walks, rides in the car and, of course, to snuggle. (My family says I get an A++++ in snuggling!)
I would do best in a relaxed home environment with another FurKid or small dog that I could model! I do need someone who will be gentle and also consistent with me — and help me to blossom into the bichon I was born to be.
If that sounds like you please complete our application and I’ll be happy to meet and greet you.
Tail wags and cuddles,
Mellow and Magnetic Molly
