My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mickey is an 8 month old boxer pup who was pulled from a kill shelter with a mangled let. Best we can tell, Mickey was hit by a car which cracked his growth plate, causing one bone to grow while another remained stationary. Because Mickey already showed signs of arthritis at 8 months old it was in his best interest to remove the leg. Please note the pictures are pre-amputation.

Mickey is a great happy, friendly boy. He likes other dogs and will chase but not hurt cats. Mickey loves to give kisses and needs some work on manners. He is neutered, chipped, UTD on shots, and fully vetted. His adoption fee is $300.
