MEET KASEY:
When you think of KASEY, do you first think of the famous race car driver and owner from the Pacific Northwest? Well, our little KASEY was named for an ODR, Inc. donor, but he is so loving and fun, he is sure to Sprint straight into your heart! Found abandoned last August at a rest area in Oregon, our little three year old, 11.5 lb KASEY has decided to give up the car scene and has focused on winning hearts alone through his charming personality. Are you ready to be won over?
OUR CRITERIA (aka the Fine Print):
Based on 30 years of experience with rescue doxies, we have pretty strict criteria. Do you work from home/stay at home/work part time? Have a securely fenced yard? We do not place same gender dogs in a home unless they were raised together, and children need to be 10 or older (some exceptions IF the dog is a puppy or the child has been raised with a doxie). We prefer no smokers and a home with no other small animals (ferrets, hamsters, etc) Cats are on a case by case basis depending on the dog. Remember these are rescues, many were surrendered because of these issues.
WHAT YOU GET IN RETURN WITH YOUR LITTLE RESCUE:
All our dogs are fully vetted, including spay/neuter, rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, Pyrantyl, nails trimmed, and dental when needed. They'll come with a basket of goodies, food, toys and a custom made harness. The adoption fee is $395, sorry no exceptions, as this covers the cost to rescue them, vet them and take care of them while in our rescue. It also helps towards the care of other doxies that come with huge vet or dental bills or need extensive behavioral training.
