Moo Moo's Story...
Hi, my name is Moo Moo. My mom gave birth to me in foster care almost a whole year ago and still have not found a home of my own yet. I'm living at the shelter now playing with other cats and soaking up all the attention and love I can get!

While I do well with dogs and cats, I need to go to a home without any other pets, not because I don't like them because I do, but because I am on a special food so if there are other animals in the house I always eat their food and get sick after. I have a condition that gives me very painful diarrhea so I eat this special food and it helps my bathroom habits out a whole lot. Otherwise I am a happy, playful kitten that loves to be pet and loved on. We don't know if this is a temporary issue or a life-time issue, but my forever homes needs to know that I might need to be on this food forever, or maybe not - we don't know. What I do know is that I am ADORABLE and am still looking for someone to love me after a whole year of growing up as a shelter baby. I am waiting for you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Moo Moo, a Webster Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Webster, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Webster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Webster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Webster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Webster paves the way for another one to be saved.
