My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lester is a very handsome chocolate gentleman, about 5 years old and weighing in at 65 lbs. He was found wandering all by himself and was taken to a local shelter. That was not any place for such a gentle boy to be and thank goodness he is not there anymore. Lester is a low to medium energy boy who loves everyone. He is great with other dogs and probably even the kitties. We can cat test if necessary. Lester likes to romp around the yard with his canine buddies, but most of all, he just wants to be with his people. Lester gets along great with everyone he meets and does well with children of all ages. He does great on the leash, a little pulling maybe, but is a pleasure to walk with. This guy is a big love bug and loves to cuddle and get hugs and just be with his people. Lester would love nothing more than to have a wonderful family to call his very own. He would be a great companion for any family - from the young family with children, to empty nesters or a single person looking for a loving companion. Lester is neutered, up to date on all vaccines including rabies, heartworm negative and micro-chipped. He is also on flea and tick preventative and heartworm preventative. Lester is crate trained.
