Tickles's Story...
Tickles and her sisters were saved from being left at the South LA shelter.

She was covered in over 200 ticks when we got her

This little pup is all legs and energy 3-1/2 months old and almost 30 pounds, she is going to be a very large dog...and gentle and smart.

Tickles learned her name in 2 days, got into the routine in her foster home very quickly and is really just an all around nice little girl

Tickles is up to date on shots and will be spayed prior to adoption

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tickles, a West Los Angeles Great Dane/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane/Labrador Retriever for sale in West Los Angeles, or seeking a Great Dane/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in West Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Great Dane/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
