Superman's Story...
Superman loves to collect toys! He takes whatever toys he can from his siblings, then stashes them in the corner of the kennel. Superman loves a good belly rub, and he has a very sensitive tickle spot that makes his leg go crazy! He's content to fall asleep anytime anywhere. Superman and his 7 siblings were born July 16, 2013 and will be ready to go home mid-September. To find out more about our adoption process and geographic restrictions for adopting one of our Great Dane puppies, please email us at GoBig@savethegiants.com. Thank you to Alicia Rohlfing, Fur Face Pet Photography for the adorable "Adopt Me!" photos (taken at 6.5 weeks of age).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Superman, a Broomfield Great Dane puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Broomfield, or seeking a Great Dane puppy from a breeder in Broomfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Broomfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Broomfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Broomfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
