The adoption fee is $125.00, and the dog can be seen on Saturday and Sunday at PetSmart in Bethlehem, Georgia, or call Jill to make an appointment to meet and greet Annie.

Please make an appointment with your personal Veterinarian for a well dog check up, your Veterinarian may recommend additional vaccines depending on the dogs age. These costs are your responsibility.
