Daisy's Info...

Daisy's Story...
Daisy was an owner surrender, along with her brother Toast, due to owner having severe allergies. Daisy has been well cared for and is current on everything-we will just need to get her spayed and microchipped. Her owner told us that she is pad trained and was working on housebreaking totally but that since they were not home during the day, they had to rely on the pads. Total housebreaking should not be difficult if she has a regular routine and consistent schedule. She is also crate trained which will help the process. Daisy is a loving little girl and is approx 5 months old. We were told that she is a brindle chihuahua/corgi mix but looks mostly chihuahua. She is shy with new people but warms up quickly and appears to get along with other dogs, kids and cats. She should make a wonderful addition to any family. Daisy's adoption fee is $175 and will assist us with her vetting and cost of care while she is with us. If you are interested in adopting Daisy, please fill out our adoption application and email your interest.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy, a Chiefland Chihuahua/Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Corgi for sale in Chiefland, or seeking a Chihuahua/Corgi dog from a breeder in Chiefland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chiefland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chiefland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Corgi breeders who help with Chihuahua/Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chiefland paves the way for another one to be saved.
