My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cocoa is a pretty little American Eskimo dog, is 4 years old and weighs 18 lbs. This girl is true to the breed as she is loving, affectionate, alert, happy, fun, very smart and focused on her people. Cocoa was an owner-surrender when her owner realized they could no longer care for her and had to give her up. She is now in a great Lucky Lab foster home where she is safe and getting lots of loving attention. Cocoa is housetrained, crate trained, leash trained, cat safe and doing well with the dogs in her foster home. She is such a good girl and would be considered low energy. Cocoa would love to go for daily walks in the park or have playtime in the yard, then come in and curl up with her person for a nap. She would do best in a home with older children, empty nesters or a single person looking for a loving companion. Cocoa is spayed, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations including rabies and micro-chipped. If you would be interested in learning more about this sweetheart, please indicate Cocoa in the notes section of the online application.
