Onyx's Story...
Hello. I'm Onyx and I am a 3 year old male blue staffy who is looking for a new home. I am a very good boy who just happens to have a good amount of energy. I love other dogs (as you can see in my other photo). I do especially well with female dogs. They call me a big mush ball because I'm a big boy and I am VERY affectionate and sweet. I just love people so much. I can't wait to find a forever home. You can add me to yours for just $50 since I was neutered prior to being rescued. I will also come to my new family fully vaccinated, de-wormed, de-flead, and heart worm tested (I am negative). :)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Onyx, a Groveland Staffordshire Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Staffordshire Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Groveland, or seeking a Staffordshire Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Groveland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Groveland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Groveland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Staffordshire Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with Staffordshire Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Groveland paves the way for another one to be saved.
