My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Carsen is about 2 years old. He is a love. Sweet disposition, loving and mellow. He is your typical Shih Tzu, a great family dog and companion. This dog has been let down before- this time we are going to do this right. I want a permanent forever home for this amazing guy and there is no reason other than human error that he has not landed this. We can do it!!!
