Willow is a super fun loving young girl. She is insanely sweet and just loves to play and cuddle with her best friend (Turtle, a tiny chihuahua also available for adoption). Turtle loves to lay on top of Willows back and its one of the cutest things you will ever see! They are just the funniest pair. Willow and Turtle were abandoned at a Home Depot in Lancaster,CA . LBWF took them in and they have been a staff favorite since! If you are interested in meeting and/or adopting Willow please fill out an application on our website We get many inquiries, so its best to fill out an application if you are actively ready to adopt. You will then have your application reviewed and receive a call to make an appointment. Please go to www.LindaBlairWorldheart.org and fill out an application. Listed under adoptable dogs! We stand behind our dogs 100% Southern Ca adoption only due to home checks.
The Linda Blair Worldheart Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit California Corporation. Our work includes education the public, and working with state, local and national authorities to put an end to pet overpopulation as well as working at the national level to end illegal dogfighting. We visit our local shelters and find abandoned pets on death row, and we give them a second chance at a loving, permanent home. We are one of the few California rescue groups that rescue mothers and newborns (from one to five weeks of age), due to the high fee required by many shelters for their release of unaltered females who need tocontinue nursing their young. These animals are the first to be put to death in shelters. Shelters are unable to raise kittens and puppies and newborns cannot survive the diseases often found in such closely held captive environments. We give our rescued animals immediate medical care, proper nutrition, grooming, and socialization training. We have a few loving foster homes, but we need more caring foster parents. This temporary care canlast up to a year so the animal can adjust and heal any physical or emotional wounds. And it always takes time to find the perfect loving home.

Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures,
