Hello World, Charlie
My name is Charlie and I’m a charming little bichon of five (12 pounds of cuteness!) who is friendly, playful, cuddly and lovable. Because I love people, as well as loving other dogs, my foster Mom says I’m a “natural meeter and greeter.” When you get to know me you will see that I have never known a stranger, ‘cause everyone wants me for their new best friend!
Dad says I love romping and playing in the park with my doggie buddies. In fact he says I’m quite the social butterfly. (Silly Dad, I’m not a butterfly at all – I’m a furkid!) I also like walking (I’m great on a leash!) and going for rides in the car (I excel at riding in the car!) and playing (Fetch is definitely my game!) I love to play with my doggy foster siblings -- and my squeaky toys. As soon as I hear them squeak, I’m ready to play. And if those furkids are too busy to play with me, well that’s ok too. You see, I can entertain myself.Charlie
Not to brag but my human foster brothers agree that I’m very S-M-A-R-T and a great listener. That’s because I want to please -- and make you happy. When you call me I come running. When you ask me to ‘Sit’ or ‘Stay’ or ‘Potty’ I know just what to do. There’s a lot more that I can learn, though! If you’re willing to teach me, I’m ready to be the bestest student ever!
Mom says I love to cuddle and get an A+++ in snuggling. In fact, she says I cuddle, snuggle and nuzzle equally well. I also love tummy rubs and (drum roll please) I like being groomed and brushed (not all bichons are this good I am told!)
So you now probably know that I’m cuddly, friendly, playful, attentive, sweet and adaptable. I play. I relax. I cuddle and I love! Mom says only the most special of families is right for me.
If you have another furkid or two, a big heart, like to walk and go for rides and enjoy a good cuddle, then please ask for me. I’m here, with a big happy smile (Yes, Mom says I smile!) and lots of unconditional love. I’ll also be wiggling with joy when I see you!
