Gypsy adoption pending's Story...
This pretty baby was thrown out by the Buffalo River on state park land not too long ago, and left to fend for herself. Luckily, she was caught by a kind park ranger, and cared for until we could get her into our care. She is a SWEET, happy, happy, happy girl now who is no longer afraid and just wants to be loved! She is very smart Gypsy is about 5 months old and is currently about 20 lbs. She is very eager to please her person, and will make a great addition to any active family. She gets along well with all other animals.
Gypsy has had her 3 sets of vaccines and has been wormed. She is a Border collie mix we presume, mostly black with a little white. she is spayed and fully vetted.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gypsy adoption pending, a East Hartford Collie/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Collie/Labrador Retriever for sale in East Hartford, or seeking a Collie/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in East Hartford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in East Hartford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a East Hartford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Collie/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Collie/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in East Hartford paves the way for another one to be saved.
