Sophia's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sophia's Story...
When we first met sweet baby Sophia, she was being dumped at one of the nation's highest-kill shelter along with her darling sister, Isabella. Our hearts broke as we watched their "human" callously dump them like they were trash...and while she walked away, unaffected, Isabella and Sophia looked lovingly at her, confused as to why they were being left alone in such a scary place.

We cannot imagine how someone could abandon such sweet babies. These darling girls are sweet as can be - loving, affectionate and well-behaved.

At around 8 months old and 12.5 pounds, Sophia will make the ideal companion for any loving, indoor home.

If you're interested in meeting Sophia or Isabella, or both, please complete the adoption application below. A home check and adoption fee are required.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sophia, a Los Angeles Pug/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Chihuahua for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Pug/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Chihuahua breeders who help with Pug/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
