Slim's Story...
Hey you! Look at me! Look at me! The folks here at Much Love like to call me "Sliim" but after meeting me you may want to call me "Sleek". I have a handsome chocolate brown coat with touches of white on my paws and I am the perfect breed of chihuahua, mini greyhound, doxie...actually- who realy knows?! I have lots of energy, but I'm ready to learn lots of new stuff. I'm a bit much for kids, so the perfect home for me would have no little kids- but big kids are fine. Come down to an adoption and play with me and I just know you will fall in love!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Slim, a Los Angeles Italian Greyhound/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Italian Greyhound/Chihuahua for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Italian Greyhound/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Italian Greyhound/Chihuahua breeders who help with Italian Greyhound/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
