Ashley Bambi's Story...

Ashley Bambi! What a name! Do I look like a Bambi to you! Besides, I’m way smarter than that doe eye little twit! Hey, I go by that old saying, “If you don’t have anything nice to say then don’t say anything at all” If you’re good, I’ll let you squeeze me.  I’m an affectionate girl that loves to be loved on. I’m quiet and if I’m not careful I will be overlooked, that is what happens to us black cats. So look beyond those fancy colorful cats, be my Thumper and come to see me!

Ashely deserves a wonderful home. She is so quiet and patient. She just waits for someone to love on her. She has a great personality that gets overlooked with so many felines around.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ashley Bambi, a Grand Junction Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Grand Junction, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Grand Junction.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grand Junction already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grand Junction breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grand Junction paves the way for another one to be saved.
