Rosetta's Story...
These six pups were an accidental breeding. The elderly couple who had their mother was doing the best they could, but it happened. Then when the pups were three weeks old, their mother died suddenly for an unknown reason, possibly complications having to do with the birth.
The people are devastated by the death of their dog, but they're doing their best to care for the pups. Because we can't bring the puppies here due to the recent parvo cases, we're assisting in their care and adoption. We'll be asking for a small adoption donation to go toward the cost of food, worming, and vaccinations.
The puppies' mother was a Schnauzer mix. We're not sure yet about the father, but he could have been a local beagle. The puppies should be small dogs. If you can give one a loving home, please contact us ASAP. The people who are raising the pups do not have the extra room required for pups once they get larger - homes are needed ASAP.
Rosetta is a beautiful white female. Please email us for an application if you'd like to be considered as her adoptive home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rosetta, a Ripley Schnauzer (Miniature)/Beagle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature)/Beagle for sale in Ripley, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature)/Beagle puppy from a breeder in Ripley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ripley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ripley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature)/Beagle breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature)/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ripley paves the way for another one to be saved.
