My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

http://www.valleydogs.org/cp_Heidi-Lab.html -- Hi there! My name is Heidi. I am just one big bundle of happy doggie love that I would like to bestow upon you.

I was abandoned at 8 weeks old and then again on two different occasions when my owners took jobs out of state. I would really like to find my forever family – I have been waiting so long and just want to have a family to call my own.

Everyone who meets me agrees I am a sweetheart and sees how much love I have to give.

Although I am very affectionate, I am a big girl so it would be best that I be adopted by a family with children older than 8. I love people, but due to my size I could get too exuberant with little ones and accidently knock them over. I also have lots of energy and would love to be able to join you when you go walking, swimming, camping, biking and just about anything you would like me to accompany you on. A nice yard where I could run and you could play with me would be a plus!

I am up to date on my vaccinations, spayed and micro-chipped. I am doggie door trained and been working with a dog trainer so I am learning all the things a good girl should know.

I am about 3 years old, and approximately 65 lbs. While I am a love bug -- I like all the love for me. I can be jealous of other pets so it may be best if I find a home with no other dogs or cats, or at least someone who is willing to work on proper introductions and supervision. I did live with my brother for a very long time and loved to play with him dearly, so it is not that I cannot be around other dogs, I just have to have the proper introductions.

If you would be interested in adopting Heidi please contact Terry at 480-794-1902 or (c) 480-298-4649 or you may email Terry at fourdogknight56@msn.com You also may download an application and forward to this email address. It will be very important that this sweetheart be an inside outside dog with a doggie door. Once you meet her you will fall in love immediately.

This pup is a courtesy post with Valley Dogs Rescue. Please contact fourdogknight56@msn.com if you are interested in meeting this sweet dog
