Walker's Story...
This is Walker. Walker is so adorable, he is a cocker spaniel mix, and he has a cute little dock tail. He was found at the county pound along with his siblings. His foster mom came and took Walker and his family home to they can find their own family. Walker is very playful and wants a family who will play with him, take him on walks, and teach him how to fetch. He is such a adorable little guy any family would have a great time with him. Walker will be ready to come to his new home on Sept 6, which at that time, he will have three of his puppy shots, he is fixed, and he will be dewormed, and he has had his kennel cough shot. So won't you be Walker's family?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Walker, a Hagerstown Cocker Spaniel puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Hagerstown, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel puppy from a breeder in Hagerstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hagerstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hagerstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hagerstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
