Sandy's Story...
Meet Sandy, she is the perfect mix of Pug and Beagle! She is 4 or 5 and neutered with charming markings that make her stand out from the crowd. Her thick and soft fur are perfect for Puggle snuggle time.

She is very social, loves other animals almost as much as she loves to play with her toys. Not only is she playful she is also smart, she already knew how to work a doggie door and has had no accidents in the house. Sandy enjoys walks but will need a little more help with leash training, but there is no doubt that she will catch on quick.

Sandy is looking for her forever home with someone who is looking to have a companion, not just a dog. She is full of life and personality and will make her new owners life complete.

Don’t wait to apply for her, that adorable face and sparkling personality wont be around for long! Visit www.PugRescueAustin.com/adopt

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sandy, a Austin Pug/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Beagle for sale in Austin, or seeking a Pug/Beagle dog from a breeder in Austin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Austin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Austin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Beagle breeders who help with Pug/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Austin paves the way for another one to be saved.
