My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This handsome boy is Blue. He is quite a striking boy for a 9 year old and he's a big boy weighing in at 75 lbs. Blue came to Lucky Lab Rescue from a terrible shelter and we were able to get him just before it was his time to be ‘put down.’ He is a good boy, gets along with everyone and good with other dogs. He is a very attentive boy and still has a lot of energy to have a good time. Blue comes across very serious when you first meet him but once you give him a ball or squeaky toy, he acts like a puppy! After he gets to know his surroundings, you can count on always being greeted with a big smile and tail wag! Blue can be stubborn at times, but he responds very well to those who are patient and persistent with him. He would make a great companion for just about any family. Not sure about the kitties, but we can cat test if necessary. Blue does well on a leash and would love to be a walking, hiking/running companion and for those with a less active lifestyle, he’s a great “hanging around” buddy too! Blue is neutered, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations including rabies and micro-chipped. Blue is crate trained.
