Tiger Lilly's Story...

Tiger Lilly is a spayed female, silver/grey tabby, DOB 5-13-13.

She and her siblings were taped in a box and left along the road side, and found by horseback riders. Tiger Lilly took the longest of all 6 to trust, but once she did it was amazing. She will let you pick her up, but move slow because she needs to feel safe. She will look at your face and touch it if you hold her close. She will lay on her back and let you rub her tummy.

The adoption fee is $60.00.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tiger Lilly, a Brighton Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Brighton, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Brighton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brighton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brighton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brighton paves the way for another one to be saved.
