Whoa....look at the cuteness in the compact package! Rosie is a 6 month old short-legged, long bodied, big personality, lovebug looking for a home! Rosie is a bit shy when she first meets you but warms up quickly. Rosie is good with other dogs, cats and loves kids! She is in foster care in West TN but once an adoption is finalized she will be transported to her brand new family!
