Marley's Story...
Marley is pure joy and happiness. He is about 10 years old. Marley was rescued from a high kill shelter in LA. He was very thin. He had to have most of his teeth removed, because his mouth was infected, but that hasn't slowed this guy down a bit. He loves to eat, and go out for walks. He even does a little happy dance at meal time and when going outside. He loves to play with toys or cuddle on the couch. Marley is a social boy and gets along with all dogs and people. Marley is house and crate trained. He would be a great fit in almost any home. Marley is an amazing boy who is so easy and just happy to be with you. He will make you smile and laugh everyday. He is neutered, vaccinated and chipped. Applications can be filled out at www.yorkierescueofamerica.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marley, a Los Angeles Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
