Shelby's Story...

Sweet Shelby loves everyone and loves to play!! She has some energy and will need a home with some patience since she is deaf. She does fine with other dogs although she can be a little bossy with her food. She's very affectionate and will give you kisses as she runs by playing with the other dogs or kids around! Her foster mom is teaching her sign language and she already knows sit... although she's still working on focus! :) Ask about this wonderful girl today! Please email for more information or to set up a meet and greet with sweet Shelby today!

About PJ's Place Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

PJ's Place is a foster based organization aimed at reducing the number of dogs in shelters and helping to educate the public about domestic pets, obedience, spay/neuter programs etc to keep these dogs in happy and healthy homes and out of shelters.

We are starting a neighborhood/area feeding program as well aimed at helping those in need to keep their animals feed during rough times.

We have a goal to also create a spay/neuter program that would offer these services for free or very reduced cost to eliminate unwanted litters.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We will post our regular adoption events as they happen and you can always set up an appointment to meet one of our great dogs! Since we are a foster based organization, there is not one place to go and meet all of the dogs except during our adoption events.

Our Adoption Process...

We have an application for you to fill out and then we will call you and set up an introduction with you, your family and other pets with the dog you are looking to adopt. Once everything looks good, there is an adoption contract along with and adoption fee ($150-$250) that helps us help the next animal in need and keep the rescue going.
