LIBBY (R)'s Story...
Libby is a really sweet adult girl. She knows to sit when told and her coat is in good condition. Libby was picked up as a stray with ID however sadly her family has not come to claim her. Libby is about 8 yrs old and weighs 27 lbs. Libby has a mammary tumor that will need looking at by a vet. Hopefully it is just a fatty tumor. Libby still has some good years ahead of her and would love to spend them in a loving home. Can you give Libby the loving home she deserves? Libby would make a great companion. She has a pep in her step and a lot of life to live, a lot of love to give. Libby is current on vaccines, spayed and micro chipped. She will be heartworm tested upon adoption. Her ID is 559372 and she is in run 900.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

LIBBY (R), a Marietta Scottie, Scottish Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Scottie, Scottish Terrier for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Scottie, Scottish Terrier dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Scottie, Scottish Terrier breeders who help with Scottie, Scottish Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
