Tyson's Story...
Meet Tyson! Aptly named, this little 5 lb Chihuahua has won some tough battles and now it’s time for him to find a forever home. Between 6 and 8 year old, Tyson has been given a second chance at life and is ready to make the most of it. With his inquisitive expressions and soulful eyes, this boy will melt your heart! And it doesn’t stop with his good looks! Tyson has the heart and personality of a big dog all contained in a little dog frame. He already knows some basic commands and will do anything for a treat. He would be great at agility – wait till you see him jump! Most of all, Tyson will be a great companion.

Tyson loves people and other dogs too. In fact, he’d love to have a canine brother or sister in his new home. This little man loves to explore and chase things, but he also loves to cuddle. What more could you ask for in a little canine friend? Now all Tyson needs to make his story complete is a family who will keep him safe and give him the love that he so deserves. In return, he promises to be a loyal companion for years to come.

If you would like to give Tyson his dream home, contact his adoption consultant, Kim at 440-572-5690 or Tyson can’t wait to meet you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tyson, a North Olmsted Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in North Olmsted, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in North Olmsted.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Olmsted already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Olmsted breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Olmsted paves the way for another one to be saved.
