Mattie's Story...
Hi Everyone! My name is Mattie. I am an instant purr boy and I love to snuggle and lay on my foster mom's chest. I love to sit on her lap and have been known to spend a half hour without getting off her lap! I am a lap cat. I was born at the end of April 2013. I was found all by myself outside someone's house. I was lucky to be found by a cat lover and they were able to bring me to Feral Cat Rescue. Lucky for me, my foster mom had just had an opening for a spot for me at her house. I need to find a permanent home. Might that be with you? I am fully vetted and cost $125.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mattie, a Great Mills Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Great Mills, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Great Mills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Great Mills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Great Mills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Great Mills paves the way for another one to be saved.
