Kelsey is lovely 2-3 year old black and white female who is sure to fill your soul with delight. This little girl was found at day break, abandoned by her former owner and tied to a post at a local dog boarding facility during the wee hours of the night. Her coat was extremely matted from months of neglect but she is now clean and shaved and is looking beautiful again. She is very friendly and vibrant and wants nothing more than to be loved.
