Ambassador's Story...
Ambassador is a handsome 5 year old Black Sable German Shepherd Dog. Ambassador is a very affectionate and loving boy that demands attention and wants to be with his people at all times. Ambassador has a severe case of separation anxiety. He can not be crated at all as he has broken out of every crate he has been in. Even injuring himself in the process. He does do well left alone loose in the house for a few hours at a time. He does not mess with anything and hangs out lounging on the couch until you get home. If left outdoors though for an extended period of time he has been known to tear the screens off of the windows.
Ambassador is looking for a home with a person that works from home. He will be your eternal shadow and will watch over you wherever you go. He LOVES to go on car rides!!! He prefers to ride shotgun, but will settle for the backseat if necessary.

Yes, we know, he sounds like a handful. Well, he is soooo much worth the trouble!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ambassador, a Fort Worth German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Fort Worth, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Fort Worth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Worth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Worth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Worth paves the way for another one to be saved.
